I've installed BJs 4" lift on my '69 and not getting the results I would have expected. The rear is at a nice height, but the front it noticeably lower. Not sure what's going on.
Any ideas?

Wow! Front springs are too long. With the shackles flat like that you have very little travel.

Yeah, that doesn't look right.
Are you sure you you got the front springs on the front and rear on the rear? I don't know how easy that is to mix up on a 69.

Agreed. Those front springs look way too long.
Pretty sure the pin is centered on the 73- Wagoneer springs, so they can't go in backwards like the newer ones can.
Even if offset and backwards, that wouldn't affect the shackle angle.

What do the rear shackles look like? I'd wonder if they got those wrong, as well. BJ's has great CS though. Call 'em up and they'll get it fixed. I'm guessing they were drop-shipped from somewhere else, huh? Don't worry, they will still fix it. Ryan once e-mailed me the day I got an aluminum radiator to let me know it had been built wrong and would not work in my Jeep. I took a second look at it and discovered the lower inlet wasn't angled correctly. They had UPS pick it up the next day and I had it back about a week later. It was never at BJ's, though. Drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer to me and back, and back again.

If the rear springs were wrong they wont even bolt up. The pin size on post mounts is WAY larger, and there is a 5" length difference in back for 76+ FSJ's. 74-75 use the same rear springs, although post size varies at times.
Bu I do agree that you need to call up BJ's. They will make it right, or rather, their manufacturer will.
Thanks guys for the advise. I'll contact Bj's to get this straightened out. I'm posted an image of the rear shackle. It appears to be fine, matches the same angle as the original stock springs/shackle setup.
