Rear Air Deflector stripped and mounted:

Post by KiwiWagoneer »

Got my 'New' deflector stripped and mounted today with the help of my awesome father. Paint stripper removed the cracked old vinyl and paint, then we re-applied some new vinyl from Team Grand Wagoneer, and mounted it with some new gaskets we cut, and a new grommet and screw set. Sealed all the screws up with some silicone too, really pleased with the result. We also replaced all the grommets, gaskets, screws and vinyl on the roof racks, got these parts from Bj's Offroad & TGW.

I was going to ask if I could show your pictures but you have already. I did not know you were on this site.
Beautiful Wagon waiting on the other pictures.

Also stripped off the old leather steering wheel today:

Stitched on a replacement cover from Wheelskins via TGW - happy with both the fit and the colour.

Any chance you know what size screws to use to mount the deflector to the three brackets? I lost the screws when I removed it.
