Not sure the price on my J10. But I had the build sheet for my Cherokee, and it was $4800 in 1975. Completely base except for the T18a and 4v 360. Even had non-power assist four wheel drums.

I think they went up to about $31K by the end of the run in '91.

Local to me, owned by an elderly couple, apparently back in the day up in the Delta of MS, if you bought a large enough combine, you got one for free. According to them.
They usually do very well at all the car shows.

Yes, I remember PDI'ing many 90 GWs all decked out with the goodies showing over 30k on the window sticker.

$4477 and $6327 for my J10s, according to the DMV. I don't have any original documents. Just going by "Factory Price" as listed on my registration. Both '77, The more expensive one came with 401 and QT. Which is the only way you could get a 401, from everything I've learned. There may have been other slight differences as well. Shiny front bumper on one, white paint on the other and a special equipment rear bumper on both. Don't have the Wag here at the house but, I'll try to remember to take a look next time I get over there.

Michel, funny that you posted the invoice from Bundy. Several of my FSJ's and AMC cars were sold new there.

For '67 , i got a price list from 10/17/66 (beginning of '67), two differnt prices are listed : "suggested list price", and "advertised delivered price" which includes preparation and conditioning plus a tax. My understanding is that the first price is the MSRP ?
J3600 thriftside standard (232ci + 3speed): $2979
V8 327ci option : $184.71
Custom cab option : $90
4 speed trans option : $101.45 ($120.35 with transmission brake)
air heater and defroster option : $81.40
power brakes option : $40
power steering option : $110

BTW i'd like to have a thriftside someday, i know only two in Europe and they are not for sale.

Cool. I found a random inflation calculator online and it says that is roughly equal to $30,816.74 today.
