I know, was hoping maybe someone has an abandoned project.
But I also know where there are two of these in really good shape. But that would require shortening the frame. It would be cool since the 7.3 is manufactured by international.
I found this for mine 2 months ago. I'm only using the interior and maybe a door
I am thinking of gutting it out and making a camper shell of it for the back of my F350 crew cab. The measurements are real friendly to do a conversion into a camper. It would be a F350 Vista Cruiser. ..

I originally bought this one with a knocking, leaking and smoking v10 for $500. The plan was/is to swap the cab over to the diesel frame. But I keep toying with the idea of getting an old body for it. I cleaned up the orange one so I know I could make a pretty decent amount if I sold it. It is all kind of back burnered right now with winter upon us. The orange one is being driven everyday right now.
I would love to have a classic exterior but have the modern and heavy duty chassis and swap all the interior conveniences also.
I like that one... What is that rear panels from a CJ hardtop or something?

These 2 are good. I don't know why the maroon one has the rear door window divider is at the front. I don't know if I care about the brow, but if it adds headroom that would be nice.
Thanks, I have been searching for them and reading the build threads, there are a couple I haven't seen. Austin's is probably one of the best, I have read through his thread several times. I just can't decide if I want to tackle such a project. The track width is pretty close to perfect.

I am not sure where the panels came from. The story I have on the truck is that it was up-fit by a company called Northwest Truckstell in Portland Oregon around 1963. The truck is a 1963. Supposedly 5 were built for the Forest Service. Three were lost in a train derailment during shipping. This one was originally white and used by the Forest Service in Colorado.
I purchased it for my son last summer while out in the Portland area for work.
