Non FSJ build thread

So, after attending Ouray for the first time and meeting a lot of awesome people and making some new friends, I feel I have found my home. In here also lies a problem. I am working on a 1981 Scrambler right now. I don't think it counts as a full size jeep, but it does have a 401 in it out of a Cherokee. So, could I start a build thread for it here. I guess I could put it in the Non jeep related thread, it would seam sacrilege to put it in the FSJ build thread. Moderators, what do you think? Where should I put it? Or can I even put it on here? All my friends are here and I really don't want to join another forum.

I'm not a mod, so I can't speak to where to put your build.

BUT, as a user, I would love to see a scrambler build.

From what I have seen, you are more that welcome to put it in the "other jeep" area and I doubt you would catch much flack putting it in the "build thread" area, but it's Stukas call, not mine. For what it's worth, I'm glad to have met you in Ouray and happy that you are part of our FSJ family, what with your oil-burner baby jeep and fancy aluminum swag!

Okay, I got authorization from the powers that be to start a build thread for this in the FSJ build section. They said I just need to have a few pics of my FSJ in there somewhere every now and then. And Stuka said that if it is a problem, he will just move it to another section. So, I have a busy afternoon scheduled, but hopefully in the next couple of days I will get a thread started and some pics up. I am happy that the moderators let me put it here. Remember in school when you got to sit next to your friends and not the other kids, yeah, that is how I feel right now.
