Running all types of stuff through my head while Im waiting for the new paint guys to get his BEEP together. My inspiration for the 8 spoke is "Meredith" previously owned by Renodemona on here that had a SOA with 8 spoke and what looked to be 31's. I like the gap with the 31's but Ive seen some Wags on 33's that looked pretty sweet. I know SOA is about 5" and Im just doing the BJ's 4" but wanted to see what it looks like on other rigs.

I think 31" tires on a SOA waggy would have looked pretty small.
If you are doing a 4" spring lift with no SOA you'll be limited to 31" if you don't want to rub.
If you are doing a 4" spring lift on top of the SOA then 33" will fit but will probably look too small.
A 4" lift spring plus SOA is crazy tall for a narrow track FSJ. And an SOA is closer to 7" once you count the spring perches. And then you have to fab up your own spring mounts in back as the shackle flip kit that bolts on only works for 76+ FSJs.
A few people here have run 33x10.50's with a 4" lift on a narrow wheel (6-7") with a bit of trimming along the front edge of the rear quarter panel. But with 8" wide wheels, you are stuck with 31's unless you trim a bunch.
