Driver's seat spring

HELP, where does the long spring on the right side of the driver's seat go? There is a hole for one end, where does the other end go? Thanks, David

Yup. One side hooks into a hole on the lever to keep tension on the lever the opposite ends connect to the track on the opposite side of the seat. there's a hole in it too.
