Solar power for camping, or power inverter? Suggestions?

Actually, most laptops need 18VDC to charge, but will run on 12VDC supplied by the vehicle.
You just need to make a power cable with the proper end for the laptop.

Yes there are 12v chargers, but anyone who has a company issued device knows that spending personal money on company equipment is just silly. I have an inverter anyway, so this works fine.

And the blender, come on, you don't make drinks by the campfire? I'm kidding, I don't have a blender, that was just a 120v item I thought of that someone might want. My airbed has an integrated pump that plugs into the wall, so the inverter mainly inflates that and then runs the laptop. I know, probably not necessary to tote around a 2nd battery just for those two items, but let's be honest...half of the stuff on these trucks of ours is unnecessary.
