As some of you know, we left Simi Valley, CA Monday the 16th at 1030am. Had to return home Tuesday morning at 130am due to my towing truck overheating. Borrowed a friends Ford truck and left again Tuesday morning at 730am. Had minor issues with that truck and finally got to Ouray Wednesday morning about 1130. My J10 decided to not run good Thursday or Friday so didn't get to do much wheeling (maybe 3 miles total). Anyway, we left Saturday morning, had an axle bearing on the trailer go out at 130am in California. Had to unload the J10, chain up the axle on the trailer and tow it home empty on 3 wheels. Then returned that afternoon/evening and flat towed the jeep home. So we spent about 70 hours driving on a 20 hour driving trip and the J10 didn't even wheelBut, it was great to see everyone and we have booked the same cabin for next year (fuel injection will be installed by then). Thank you all for putting this on.
