Full Size Jeep Network

Anybody have a picture of oem radios for an 82 limited and what years will work? May look for an original am fm cassette for mine. Also need a picture of the hood release on the underside of the hood as mine is missing something..possibly just a spring. Thanks

and probably the same for models as early as 79

I should specify more. I need to see how the spring attaches and the length of the spring for the safety latch under the hood. Its the latch you stick your hand under the hood to open after pulling the in cab handle. Mine is missing a spring and if youre not careful shutting the hood then I'll damage something and the hood wont shut.

Got an owners manual and shop manual so I know what the radios look like. Shop manual shows the latch too but would still like a real color picture of the safety latch. Something doesnt jive with mine, may be that its just bent and missing a spring.

Dont forget to lube the sprins it sits on too. After lubing my latch and springs the hood pop open so much easier im always afraid im going to break the plastic handle in the cabin..

I used wheel bearing grease lol worked fine for me
