I am coming up with plans for getting mine up there as well. I would prefer to not drive it that far but if I do, I will break up the trip into shorter segments!Grand_Wag_85 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2019 10:44 am The more the merrier! I'm going to *try* and bring all 4 of mine....knock on woodgrain.
Thankfully the trails in Ouray don't require a purpose built trail rig. One of our members did Engineer Pass in a pristine stock GW a few years back.rocklaurence wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:14 am I've been wanting to attend an event for years but never had a trail Rig FSJ to go. Yes!
This year, while some things were definitely different (new spots added, new camping areas added (including where we normally shoot the group photo) and the gemstone panning rig) overall it felt the same. Does sound like “our area” will be turned into RV parking so who knows. I’m cautiously optimistic.Renodemona wrote: ↑Sun Oct 25, 2020 1:28 am I know the KOA has new owners, seen some mixed results with them? How was it this year, are they looking like long time owners. We really enjoyed the KOA last time, I hope its not being ruined? Would still go, but, the KOA was great and would miss it if it went away.
