1980 Jeep Cherokee 2 Door. Amc 360 engine. T176 4 speed transmission. 4 wheel drive. Factory a/c set up. New MSD hei cap, rotor, and plug wires. New spark plugs. New MSD epoxy filled coil. Mr. Gasket distributor springs. New distributor rectifier. Rebuilt motorcraft carb. New battery. New air filter. New clutch. New transmission oil. Have a new oil filter and oil to do oil change. Replaced a lot of the rubber hoses so far. New belts. New rear main seal. New oil pan gasket.
Runs and drives but fuel pump went out. Have 2 new mechanical fuel pumps. Also have electric frame mount fuel pump and oil pressure sensor to upgrade to. Have 1 1/2 new rebuild kits for carb. Transmission does not like going into fourth gear, but works fine in other gears. Have new valve cover gasket set. Needs new shocks. Tires hold air.

Any chance of recording a video of it running, or driving it?

Could post over here too for free on Jeep Forum.
Might need to sign up, and respond to others posts to get your membership validated, then you can post to Classifieds......I think.

Best of luck on the sale.

If it had 4 doors I’d done be burning diesel the 1300 miles to get there.
The bus I ride is so short it is a yellow Smart Car full of squirrels, monkeys and clowns.

I would buy it in a heart beat but I promised myself and spouse that if I build another vehicle it will be 4 door so that it is more more convenient

That is nicer than I expected to see for the price.
If you can get it running, should be gone quick.....at least I think it should.

Id pick that up for my Off Road project if you weren't so far away! Id turn it into a Uni-body pickup, run 1 Ton axles, Rocklaurence Long Travel suspension and cut the fenders for 40's.

Hi,

I am 100% interested. Had a '78 before I was transferred overseas a few years ago. I can't figure how to PM you. Will try to figure that out for a few more minutes then will just put my email here.

Thanks you!
