You mean air filter? IMO they are fine. If I could fix the seals, I'd wash the whole thing in solvent and add fresh oil. Usual procedure in the old days was to use some of the old engine oil for the air filter at oil change time. Clean enough for wetting the filter mesh.

The CJ guys with Jeeps from the era prize theirs. The stickers/decals are reproduced to make the filter look like new.

What do you mean, oil bath breather? The air cleaner or air filter is not a breather, and the crankcase breather does not have an oil bath.

This is the air cleaner or air filter - not a breather

and this is the crankcase breather, aka filler cap

The seal inside the air cleaner 4.088-9 is Jeep PN 941082. No longer available as a Jeep part from Jeep or the aftermarket - I would look for an o-ring the right diameter to fit there. McMaster-Carr sells many sizes of o-rings https://www.mcmaster.com/products/o-rings/o-rings-1~/ or you could buy o-ring cord stock and make your own https://www.mcmaster.com/products/o-rin ... rd-stock~/

Suggest you measure and buy the size you need -
https://www.mcmaster.com/products/o-rin ... n-o-rings/

You could look this up in the '62-73 parts book yourself. Here - https://oljeep.com/edge_parts_man.html - free to read and download.
