Cool Under Jeep Video

So, today I was *going* to make a video with my J10. Just driving around and such, nothing major. However, I had a slight mishap with a coolant hose, the serpentine belt, and a pulley. So I won't be driving my truck until I replace the hose, which requires draining at least part of the fluid.

So, instead I stuck the camera on the tow hook on the back of the JK and drove around. Its really pretty cool seeing the suspension work, just while driving on the street. Looks really cool offroad with everything flexing around, but didn't do any of that today (Did drive through a deep ditch if that counts heh).

So, I will make a video with the truck soon(ish), just don't have one today like I had hoped.

Really lets you see what is going on. I have seen guys use it to track down death wobble and axle wrap before too.

GoProHero 3 set to 720@60. Should have done 1080, but oh well. Was a spur of the moment video.

I took it from the inside of the Jeep:) Sound and all! Ill have to get a
camera for under the Jeep later, maybe this payday, lots of priorities

well crud, the video is tilted to the left!! I need to find a way to rotate it
so that it shows properly...any ideas?

What video editing software do you have? iMovie will rotate without any issues, as will Windows Movie Maker.

But if you filmed it with the phone being vertical, no way to fix that really. You need to record with the phone sideways in landscape.

Okay..I remembered doing this once before. I used Windows Live Movie maker
rotated the video 90 degrees to the right and am saving it. Will upload to you tube
and then post the link
