Hey guys I got to looking and measuring and it seems the issue at hand with fitting 33x10.50 tires on a full size with just a 4in susp. lift is with the lip on the back fenderwell just behind the door. My question is they make spring pates that essentially move your axle back an entire inch. Has anyone used these it seems like they would be a budget fix and would actually make the axle look more centered in the wheel well and allow you to not have to cut our beautiful jeeps. Also does anyone know of any downsides to these?

An inch would be too much. You would end up with the tire rubbing the back part. The axle is centered, its just that the angles on the front and rear parts of the fender are different. As was the typical style in the 50's and 60's.
Ultimately the best option is just to trim that edge on the rocker. It doesn't take much, and is hardly noticeable if done well.
I don't see where it would rub in the rear portion I have 3.5 inch of room behind my 31's also moving the axle back on the spring perches an inch will also lift the jeep one inch so I don't think it would rub in the wheel well. You can also do .5in plates that move it back as well instead of the full inch. To me the axle sits more forward then centered

All you have to cut is the bottom part of the rocker. Unless you pointed it out, nobody would notice. You don't cut the fender in this case.
Although cutting more is required if you go with 33x12.50's on a 8" or 10" wide wheel. 33x10.50's on stock 7" wheels should work ok as many have done it.
