Wagoneer Grills

Post by Matt24601 »

I've seen the Rhino grills on later model Wagoneers. I wanted to know if the grills from earlier models were interchangeable with the later models. I have an '83 and I really like the "muscle" grill and the one pictured below. Would they work with my '83 without having bodyshop metal working skills?

Besides a few tabs in different places, any grill will fit.

Another thing to consider is the hood release, some are released from thru the grill and others need the hood pull in the cab.

I have that grill (Boobie grill) on my 86, it mostly bolts up.... Longer stainless screws ensures it does. Does it have the hood filler piece too?

Alternators, winches, 4x4, guns all have the same issue if you don't have any knowledge of them usually bad things will happen. Serehill
