Steering gear leak

I have a leak from my input shaft of the steering gear on my '91 now here's the thing, it only leaks when driving not when sitting still!
I replaced the input shaft seal and it has made no difference dry when the jeep sits still no matter what revs I hold the engine at and no matter how many times I turn the steering.
Any insights?

It has two seals in it..I doubt you can get the inner seal out without disassembling the box. The pitman shaft corrode over time pitting the shaft. New seals may not fix your problem if the shaft has corroded.

I can understand the seals leaking but why only when driving?
