I am needing to replace my door and rear tailgate lock cylinders as I don't have a key for the current ones. Issue I'm running into is everywhere I look I can only find a cylinder for the tailgate with a manual window. Mine is automatic, so I want to make sure I buy something that will work for me. Any help is appreciated.
Found a local locksmith who got me a few keys for 30 bucks. Good news is they turn all three locks. Bad news is drivers door needs new lock springs and I cant get any function out of the tailgate lock. The key only goes in part way, and will turn the locks however the door will not unlock with turning it, nor does the window roll down. What was the original function with this rear lock cylinder?

What was the original function with this rear lock cylinder? The original function of the tailgate lock cylinder was to roll the window up and down.

Gotcha. I got the access panel off and lifted the glass (nerve racking, by the way) and saw the following connectors and cut wire. I didn't see anything for them to connect to, and not sure what they are. Any ideas? Is the cut wire my window issue?

The pigtail in the second picture is for window defrost and is unused if it wasn't optioned from the factory.
The last picture is the power wire for the tailgate window switch. It should be a red wire with white tracer and have constant power even with ignition off if it's the same as a 76.
Is your dash switch working but not the tailgate switch? If so that's your problem.
Yep dash switch works fine, just cant get the key switch to work on the tailgate itself. Ill try to get a look tomorrow at what color wires I've got there. Thanks
