There is a long tie rod connecting the two knuckles. There is a tie rod connecting the pitman arm (at the steering gear) to the long tie rod. Which one? Each has a left and a right end.

Looks like it's a Jeep PN 8123316. RockAuto also crosses that to a Delphi TA5806, out of stock. Possible it's NLA everywhere. There's probably an antique car specialty shop that can rebuild yours - look online. Possible your only alternative is a better used one.
