Need some springs measured

Post by j20owner »

I need to know if anyone has the ability to measure some rear wagoneer springs. 79+, unloaded if possible. Looking for an eye-eye length and also a center pin-each eye length. Thanks for any help.

No, I don't have any rear springs.

Technically 76+ rears from any FSJ will get you your answer :) I am out of town currently, so cannot help.

Had to join the board as I happen to have this info sitting on my desk.

79 Wagoneer stock rear springs
Eye to eye 54"
Long side eye to center pin 29.5"
if I'm reading my notes correctly.

Welcome to the forum, Snow. I found a chart posted on the mother site that had a bunch of spring measurements. I've decided to run 3/4 ton chevy springs because I had them. I still need to get the new rear mounts I made attached to the frame.
