Question on Skyjacker 4inch lift kit

Post by megaman_plums »

Hey guys,

I recently ordered the Skyjacker 4inch lift for my 77 Cherokee, and they only sent two leaf springs. They included everything else needed (drop pitman arm, shocks, eight u-bolts, steering stabilizer). The lift kit part number was #JP40KS-N.

The question I have is if they use different leaf springs front and rear on this kit? The only part number we can find is JP40FS.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, front to rear springs are VERY different. Sounds like they messed up on their order. Call them and have them fix it.

On it. Thank you for that!

I’ve been playing phone tag. Looks like the full kit was ordered but Skyjacker seemed to not include the rear leafs.

Have to wait until tomorrow to find out what’s going on on Skyjackers side.

Are you sure that you ordered the complete suspension system with rear springs? You can by the front springs with rear blocks--its way cheaper.

The issue came down to something on Skyjackers side. Something about their computer system not adding in the rear springs. As you can see, it just shows 0 rear springs ordered.

But I’ve already talked to them and they have a set of rear sways that got shipped out today.
