Hello guys I am doing an SOA/Shackleflip lift on my 1976 Jeep Wagoneer and thought i would do a build thread.
I purchased the axle perches and shackleflip kit from TT's Fabworks(http://www.ttsfabworks.com/) - $318
Ebay Highsteer kit - $611
Extended Brake Lines(BJ's Off-Road)- $110
Axle U-bolts- ~$70
already over a thousand dollars and I still need shocks!

Nice rig. What size tires are you planning and is there a gear change in mind? Again... clean looking rig.
unfortunately i just bought new stock sized tires a few months ago. so unless it looks terrible im gonna keep them for a while. I should be able to fit 33's though.
I hear ya. I bought new 32.5s one month before scoring the kit you’re about to install. I’m going to hold off a bit for that install until my tires wear out some. Lol
Are those arms on the knuckles straight or do dey step up. I made an arm for the passenger side that didn't and had to remake it because the arm from the box hit it.
But I was using F250 knuckles and no dropped pitman arm.

Really like the color of your waggy. The eBay kit looks better than some I have seen. Should take a lot of the guess work out. Provided that arm is high enough to clear the springs.
Appears the driveshaft will hit the y-pipe. also appears that I may need a new driveshaft.... we will see.
I still have to finish the tie rod, draglink, shocks, a few other small things.
Did you make any more progress? This is the first SOA/SF that Ive seen in a while. I like the quality of the Hi-steer setup you have. Let us know and more pictures.
More progress. got the pitman arm and drag link set up. installed the shocks and it is successfully driving now!
Still needs ebrake, exhaust modifications, and probably a new front driveshaft.
Regarding the front drive shaft, I like Tom Woods. They make very good DS with long slip shafts etc at a good price. I have them build front drive shafts for my Long Travel front suspension--allowing 10" of travel and 5" of lift.
