I had similar issues when I converted my lights to LED style bulbs. I reinstalled my original filament style bulbs and everything worked fine again.
LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) only draw very small amounts of current. Because of this they require a inline resistor to apply a proper load to the electrical circuit.
I will eventually install 1K ohm resistors in the various light circuits to serve as the resistive load that a regular filament style bulb provides.
Hey Guys,
I'm thinking of switching the LED's on my taillights, brakes, turn lights and hazards. Would I need the LED Flasher for both the turn signals and hazards? Also would you happen to have the links or #'s for the led bulbs you used in the front and rear lights?
