What are my options that will bolt on to replace my forward rear spring mount from post style to a more modern style to open up spring and bushing options for me? Advice from someone that's maybe actually done it... I contacted Alcan and stock height springs at all 4 corners is going to cost close to 1200 not including shipping.

I am looking at maybe these since my rearward mounts are currently a GM style. Thinking they'll be pretty much even distance off of the frame rail. Thoughts? The plan at the moment is the rocklaurence kit up front with aftermarket hangers for the shackle end and using 3/4 52" GM springs in the rear and ordering the stock J20 front from SD Spring. This swap is beginning next week and this is a critical and pricey portion of it. Tax return hits Wednesday and I am ordering the final pieces for the swap.
Good plan, just remember that you are using 2.5 wide leaf springs. Also, the Chevy front spring bushings are thicker/wider by a 1/4" and will need shaved down to fit within the FSSR. Not sure about the rear Chevy springs.
I recieved the rear springs and forward rear spring mounts today. The mounts are way bigger than I expected so the spring will mount lower on the frame rail as opposed to the upper end of it where the post mount currently is. This may or may not become an issue. I will post pictures when I start to tackle the rear, currently still doing the front. Just waiting on the spring mounts for the front and will go from there. Swap project is in the build thread section for anyone interested.
