J20 steering linkage

Post by Stonewall83 »

I have an 83 J20. It was originally purchased as a government vehicle by the USGS. I am trying to find a steering linkage kit. When I look at the kit for an 83 it doesn’t match exactly. However the 84 Wrangler kit is almost identical. Anybody have any ideas who may have this kit?

Here you go, this has all the parts for the steering linkage. unless your talking about the steering box, steering shaft or steering column.

Not sure what you mean by a "kit." I would buy the parts individually.

You can look up the Jeep part numbers in the parts manual available here - https://oljeep.com/edge_parts_man.html Then search online using that number and "Jeep." RockAuto also has a place to enter PNs and match across everything that they stock.
