Early 1414X

Post by mud89 »

I have not posted pics for a long time, tired of photobucket..
Now i put my photos on Flickr , and i decided to resume posting pics :D
First pics are for my last purchase : an early 68 1414X , hopefully she will be at home in a month
This rig has rot in the rear quarters and doesn't run : i was told that the distributor was dead, but i could not pass this rare bird. SN 300,165

My green 65 is waiting for the 1414X
The 65 is running, i just had to rebuild the carb, but it's a standard 1414

Man that interior is red! I really like the color on the 65. Nice collection you’ve got going:)

I agree... that red is awesome. I had a 64 Ford country squire station wagon with all red like that. When I sold it, that is what they buyer said sold him. Nostalgia at its finest.

Thank you for the comments
Some parts are also missing like console armrest or cargo panels
By the way the green is a real survivor, used but complete and unmolested, good catch except for my wallet LOL
I have a 63 too , but i am not sure i 'll be able to put her back on the roads, she was cheap and near my home , so i bought her a few years ago…

All green..
