Allowed to change username?

just wondering if you are able to change your username if you want to. if so, how do you?

Pretty sure I have it disabled, so would be trouble causers don't just switch their name to appear as somebody different.

As far as I know, you can't. I think it would be too confusing with people switching names all the time. I no longer own my waggy but this is the name I used to use over on ifsja and I felt if somebody were to see an old thread over there regarding a question I had or a thread of mine that it would be easier for them to find me over here under the same name
