I bought a set of the same mirrors for the 90's Dodge truck that are electric. Will these brackets work on the power mirrors?

They will. You will have to drill a hole through the block to run the wires (though I have yet to figure out how to properly wire them).

Can I buy a set of the mirror brackets from you? I can't seem to send a PM. Maybe because I'm too new on this forum.

I just mounted a set of these, and larger manual mirrors for towing visibility, on my '84 GW from BJ's, and the billet was drilled through for electric if needed.
