I picked up this surge tank with upgraded fuel pump off Aliexpress for just under $100.00.

BJ’s also has the in tank sending unit/ pump, no experience with it just saw it while looking at other things.

I was also wondering if it would be possible to find some sort of plastic sheet poly thin enough to roll up and drop in the tank through the sending unit hole, they would unroll and expand once in the tank and create a baffle. It would need holes drilled in it and would need 2 or 3 to hold them in place and keep from shifting and affecting the fuel float. Probably not possible but my mind goes to crazy places sometimes.

Here is the link to the one I purchased https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3298174 ... 4c4dqKq8qi . I upgraded the pump. I figure I will pick up one of the cheaper pumps later to throw in the Jeep for a spare https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3283276 ... 45e4DzHtnm .

The funny thing is I order the Sniper system Dec 24 and the surge tank on Dec 25. They both arrived Jan 3rd. That was some fast shipping from China....

Funny, I ordered the same setup and upgraded to the black pump too. Let me know how it works out for you. I'm still waiting on mine.

I received the tank and pump already. Probably will be a bit till I get it all installed though.

The tank is actually better built than I had figured it would be and the pump is quite hefty. Heavier than most high pressure pumps I have handled. Fittings all looked good too. Pretty good value as long as the pump is dependable.

No. Still sitting on my work bench. Jeep is in having the transmission rebuilt. Then when it gets back I will be pulling the engine to overhaul it. Hope to get everything installed while the motor is out so it is all ready to go when it gets back.
