Its basically a Chevy TBI with an adapter plate. Very proven and reliable, off the shelf parts. I ran a junkyard TBI on my Cherkee for about 3 years without issue. You pay a lot of premium for that Howell brand name. However if you live in the people's republic, you get a CARB sticker so you don't get reamed with smog problems. If you don't live in the PRC, I would recommend looking at Hamilton FI. It is also based on the chevy TBI, but for the same price or less you get timing control and I think a higher quality wiring harness.
