Howell EFI kit

I would like to replace my Weber carburetor for a Howell EFI kit. Does anyone have any experience with this kit?
258/6i engine. Automatic

Its basically a Chevy TBI with an adapter plate. Very proven and reliable, off the shelf parts. I ran a junkyard TBI on my Cherkee for about 3 years without issue. You pay a lot of premium for that Howell brand name. However if you live in the people's republic, you get a CARB sticker so you don't get reamed with smog problems. If you don't live in the PRC, I would recommend looking at Hamilton FI. It is also based on the chevy TBI, but for the same price or less you get timing control and I think a higher quality wiring harness.

Holley makes a Sniper FI direct replacement for the 1971-1986 Jeep CJ 258cid BBD carburetor. Might work for the SJ's as well. https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_sy ... r_jeep_cj/

Oh, Forgot to mention that everything on the Holley site is 20% off till tomorrow (Dec 31,2019). I picked up a refurbished Sniper FI 4150 for $799.99. Sorry no BBD refurbished units listed right now.
