Unless I have severe damage from ‘Cruces I will probably be there.
I will most likely be solo camping with Pushmobile so it will have to be something easy and portable like gravy.
Unfortunately my tamale lady is unavailable.

I’m in, got some basic stuff to fix from ‘Cruces but nothing major besides moving spring hangers.
I’ll be leaving my trailer and tow rig off site and want to wheel.

It will probably be just me. I'll check with Derek and my buddy Chris. Also I will confirm is Chris will do a Turkey again.

My buddy from work might show up with his bride. They will be sporting a square body Chevy.

Tick tock. 25 days to go. If you look at the first post, we have no turkey yet and no commitment for sides. Anyone camping? I'm coming in Friday afternoon, leaving Sunday

I am checking with my buddy Chris (he did the Turkey's last two years). I should know soon and will confirm in this thread.

Also Nick and Ann will be joining us. Ann is making Pancit with chicken and shrimp (filipino noodle dish). She will also make muffins and maybe biscuits.

Okay, my buddy Chris cannot make it. BUT he will either bring Turkey out to us (like last year) OR he will provide me the implements to cook the Turkey. So one way or another we will get it done. So put me down for Turkey too.

Due to 2020 it will most likely be a smaller gathering. It's sad but we will make it work and enjoy each others company. I am 100% sure no one will go to bed hungry if they don't want to. ;)

Nice. :)

And I have a breakfast recipe with scrambled eggs and leftover tamales that is really yummy. So if we don't eat them all Breakfast will be awesome too.

I am going to bring the air fryer that Chris used the last two years. I've never cooked it this way but he will give me instructions. I will carve it up and keep it warm in my 'hot logic' food cooker/warmer. So we should be good to go!

Good afternoon all you nutty FSJ'ers! The Mayo family is alive and well. We have been swamped with work, my parents out here, and kid's football! Haven't been on here in a while...but we will be making it out this year. Cayden's football tournaments concluded this weekend so we are free. Finally took the old jeep outta hibernation a couple weeks back, man was she pissed off. Took about 15-20 minutes of full throttle on the freeway to clear out the carb crud and get her running smoother.

We are happy to do the 'morning-after' pancake breakfast again. As well if there is something blatantly missing from dinner, please let me know and we will grab that too! Looking forward to catching up with everyone.
