Pictures of late 70’s early 80’s FSJ evap,
Note that the fitting are flare , these days everything is o-ring,
If you have the tight 90 degree fitting shown save it hard to come by and can be reused.
The expansion valve is called an “externally equalized” valve hence the two copper tubes, line with coil is clamped to the larger suction tube, other tube goes to the port on suction tube.
Hose set is for FSJ with oem evap/Sanden compressor/afmkt drier-cond. thru the oem hole in firewall.

Aftermarket drier with pressure switch, new aftermarket cond core, stock line from bottom to drier with replacement o-rings.Mounting bracket fabbed from square tube aluminum stock. New hoses from Ed, top hose was rebuilt using existing pipe and fitting as he mentioned.
