Do we have any Powerstroke nerds in the house?

I have an '01 F550 with 398K that needs some love. Slated to get 8 injectors, glow plugs, injector cups, under valve cover wiring harness (#4 is fried), and up pipes in the very near future. Throwing codes for #4 injector harness and low pressure to the turbo. There is a definite exhaust leak under the hood which would make sense.

What are some other things to do while I'm in there to free up a little power and make it more reliable?

straight pipe. heres my 96 f250 powerstroke

300k miles bought it a year and a half ago for $1500 and have only replaced thermostat,glow plugs, and ball joints.

My daily is a '17 f250 lariat. Used it to tow my 82 Cherokee home from where I bought it.
