yeah, a lot of folks don't realize that much of the car will be taken completely apart for proper primer and painting. Richard eluded to this in one episode when he talked about some of the wire ties as temporary. I wish they had gotten onto the Engine. It's going to take a lot of creativity to get all the parts they pulled off of the engine to fit somewhere. And I wonder why they didn't use an electric AC motor instead of over fabricating .. oh wait, dumb question. ;)

It amuses me that I won't spend a few bucks on some streaming channel but have no issues supporting them in patron. But I learn a lot from them too so there is that.

From some of the comments I think a lot of people have forgotten that the motor you see isn't the one that will be installed in it.
They maybe getting closer since they are doing the wiring and the last thing they showed a=was the installation of the engine management computer and how it was much more than they needed which brought some interesting ideas to the build

They are going to use a Celica Turbo six thought right? Just not the original one.

Celica's never had i6's (Unless you count the Celica Supra from 76-85). And its too long anyway. It will be a 4cyl engine, but the one in there is for mock up purposes.

This is what blows my mind when I watch them. There was things that they did YEARS ago in preparation for things they are just now doing.

Oh, I assumed it was a 6 cyl, my bad. Yeah, they really thought some of this stuff out. Hopefully with the fan base, the Patron and the youtube money they won't abandon the project.

They did a Q&A recently and stated that they wanted to keep going on this and then they have projects lined up after this.

Well that is good news. They spend a lot of time on the build. Add it the camera work, production, editing, etc. Hopefully someone else is doing the post production work.

I know RIchard used to do it, which is why the episodes came out so slow.

The exotic is interesting. I am not as curious about their revamp of the rally rig. We will see. I am expecting more than a several more episodes to finish Binky. I still wonder how they are going to fit all of the bits and pieces they took off the engine in the first place to make it fit.

Love these guys.

I watched the entire thing. It's a video about a couple of guys tearing parts off a old Ford general utility truck. And it was still fun.

Definitely one to follow for the progress report of the surprises.
That diesel heater was an eye opener, probably a good add-on at the time of manufacture. But still another 300lbs to loose.
