Look up the 79 and 80 they had a lift. Ive seen the commerical videos of the ones youre talking about with 2 springs. Those were like 76 and 75 commercials or something.
Now that i have 6 batteries and a brushless angle grinder and a sawzawl. Do you think i should take the springs or still no ?
I sware this thing has a lift on it. Look at the picture on my first post.
Maybe its the wheel wells as someone said.. but i dont think so look at the gap on the tire and wheel well.. it looks like its got 4 inchs between the tire and wide track fenders and quarter panels.
I know for sure this Jeep has 6 springs in the front. Just debating if it has a lift is it worth taking. Or should i still just get the 2 inch add a leaf ?
I dont wanna get the 1400$ 4 inch lift needing brake lines. Pitman arm. End links and so forth. Cant i get away with it with 2 inchs ?
Watch this video thsi is a 77 with 2 front leaf springs like you guys mentioned.. and 31 inch tires. Look at how close the tires are too the fender and quarter panel flares. Then look at the 79 on my first post. look how much if a gap there is. Its huge. There has to be a lift on this 79.
