Ace hardware stores typically have a box of various sized springs. Something like that, or a wreck/part-out. McMaster-Carr probably has springs by size, though you may have to buy 25 of them. Dorman sells packets of universal springs for throttle or clutch return that might work. Lots of possibilities, but astronomically unlikely you will find one for sale specifically for this application. Maybe NOS somewhere, after days of search. You'll also need the Jeep PN, but can't find that without year/model/equipment.
If you put your year/model equipment and location in your profile, it will appear with every post. It matters.

Thanks!!! I actually have a 1967 M715.
But the hood is from an early 70s j truck. Engine from a 2001 Corvette. Axles from a 70 CUCV. Wheels from a early 90s HMMWV. transmission and xfercase from 70 dodge.
There is a '62-73 J-series parts catalog here: https://oljeep.com/edge_parts_man.html You can find the Jeep PN there, if it was available separately (likely). JMO the part number won't help you. Try the parts cars listings here and on IFJSA, or post in the want-to-buy forum both places. Someone will have one from a wrecked hood or similar.

I just swapped one of those springs from one hood to another. It’s not a very specialized spring. I’m sure a hardware store spring will work if you can’t find anything else.
