Drip rails leak

My drip rails leak where the brown ties into them. What is used to fill this?

What's "the brown?" Maybe the brow?

There are lots of different brands. Also available as a urethane product, which I guess would be more durable.

Yep, Ive used that exact product. Make sure to removed the old/crusty seam sealer, clean it before adding the new. Oh, tape the area just like you would using tub/tile caulk to minimize clean-up time. Note: remove the tape before it skins over
