Hey all! I've been given a beater 1978 Waggie by a friend and I'm in the midst of working on it. Among a long list of problems, one of the tailgate latches is trashed and the other is on its way out. I've struggled to find replacements online. It *looks* like maybe the latches for the rear doors might be the same as the tailgate latch - can anyone confirm if this is the case? Thanks!

I can tell you for a fact that Watson and Sons' Jeep Auto Salvage in Pinetown, NC have some used ones in working condition. They may need a little cleaning and re-greasing obviously. But I know I have seen them there not all rusted out or ate up.
