Its actually not broken likely, mine were the same , it that where its connected to the frame is rusted out, I fixed mine by tack welding where it attaches. Its a royal PITA to get the window and its hardware out....so your gonna want this REAL bad

This is how I repaired mine. I would have to go back and look, but I believe the thread is 5/16-18. I bought some all thread and I used the broken one as a template for approximate length and other parts of it. I used a belt sander to sand down part of the threads on the two sides that are flat like you will see in the pictures I attach. I used the metal washer that has that shape to make sure I had the right amount trimmed down. I want to say the reason I have the pivot point at an angle like I do is because that is how I saw another factory one that I was also using as a template. After everything was the correct dimension, I welded it back in place and cleaned everything up. I believe I have another vent frame without the glass that I need to install the glass back in when I get a chance for another project if you need me to take any more pictures or measure anything.
