Hey,
My father purchased this Grand Wagoneer in 2000 after his 1986 GW kicked the bucket. This GW ran till 2008 or so and then sat till Sep 2020 when I took it on as a project. I was a senior in high school and didn't have a lot of spare time. Now I have even less but I have the funds. Now it runs needs major exhaust repairs and other minor repairs.
I will list all the repairs I have done so far:
Parts replaced:
timing chain & sprockets
water pump
Fuel pump
Fuel sending unit
Master break cylinder
Distributer cap & Roter
Distributer wires
Fuel lines & radiator hoses
New fan shroud
Other repairs:
Carburetor is currently being rebuilt
Wiring harness was rebuilt in '03
Radiator refurbished in '22
Replaced transfer case
With great optimism comes great frustration from those who don't fabricate the bandwagon they jump on, as well as a responsibility to make sure the bandwagon is strong enough when others start jumping on it.

Thanks, everyone, I'm really happy to sink some more hours into this project finally!!
I'm going to attempt to replace all the vacuum lines while the Carb is out. I was wondering if there is any advice anyone has. I'm hoping to bypass the smog junk since I have already removed the belt from the smog pump. How much can I bypass? I have the OJeep diagram, and I've looked through the forum for similar posts. If I run into problems, ill make another topic post.
Hope all is going well!
While working on the vacuum lines I found this plastic wiper motor assembly cover. I could not find any replacements online and I was wondering if anyone knows of a replacement option.
