So this may be a weird question... Ive never heard of this before.. GF is moving.. but claims she has to change her number because shes moving an hour away from where she used to live.. and 140 miles from where she got that number like 20 years ago.
Claims its long distance calling now she has tmobile.. its nationwide.. so why would moving cause you to need to change your number. Ive never in my life heard of this.. ive moved accross country and kept my number. I think shes lying to me..
?? What do you guys think lol

I have people that work for me that have moved across the country without changing anything other than their mailing address. In todays world it’s a moot point. Now if she is with a provider that doesn’t cover that area, that would be different, but even then she can keep her number. Lot has changed in that world in the last 20 years.
The bus I ride is so short it is a yellow Smart Car full of squirrels, monkeys and clowns.
You don't have to change your cell number, no. That number is hers though, not the company's.
As Yeller said, even if she needs to change carriers, she can still keep her number. I just got a new number (too much spam) when I switched carriers, and honestly it would have been easier if I'd kept my old number. I think most people opt to keep their numbers now.
She may have decided she needs to because otherwise people in the area might not pick up because it's a different area code.
There are 2 major differences between new Wranglers and FSJs. FSJs are meant to be both utilitarian and capable, not just capable. FSJs are also rarely initially recognized as Jeeps by the average American.
If its a cell number, I wouldn't bother. Especially since they changed it so you have to enter in the area code every time you call (Unless thats only a california thing).
Cell phones don't care about distance. Its just minutes of talk time, and most carriers are unlimited talk these days.

Well whats weird still is this... Her new place shes taking care of the same elderly people she has for years now.. they sold their house moved with her. And now suddenly she wants me to scoot passed the doorway so they dont see me, while theyre sitting in their chairs.
Or for them to not know im there... I mean when she lived in thier house to take care if em.. id just show up no issues.. but walk to the back door for her basement apartment.. but my jeep is there.. obviously they knew i was over lol..
Now suddenly (they cant know im there) its odd.. she says she wants her privacy. But my mind makes me wonder if she has someone else coming over.. because they knew i was there before.. lol it wasnt some secrete with a big ass wagoneer parked in front.
Even weirder... is i drove the older man in my Jeep.. to the new house.. and helped them move and put together things.. and i stayed for 2 days... But now its gatta be a secrete ? Because she doesnt want them to think im sleeping with her ??
So now i can only come over once a week.. if that.. lol.
Bah i know why mention my BEEP on a forum.. but still nice to talk to others when i have no real friends

That is super weird. Have you asked her about it or just gone along with it?
I don't have too many close friends either although I'm finding more of the right people
Yea i did.. (shes busy) has no time... which i find odd as hell.. Like tomorrow i asked can i come ovee in the evening..
Oh no i have an appointment. ( i asked what for) she gets immediatly defensive.. saying its non of my business. Then says its for her business ( which is cooking welness stuff) .. the appoinment is 9 and 11am..
Ok so how does 9 and 11am affect say 5 or 6 or 7 pm me coming over ?
See what i mean ?

Thinking about it more I'd just let it go and see what happens. If there is another guy you're going to get hurt no matter what, but if there isn't, you don't have the whole world of "You didn't trust me" issues.

And it isnt me its her weirdness. The other day she invited me over but wanted ne to leave that night. Its been like thst a lot latetly. I ask why ? Well i might go runnung at 11 or 12 ( ok ? ) i know you enjoy running.. but what does that have to do with me staying over.
But ya serria its getting to the point im having really bad trust issues making me wonder if shes cheating or talkin to somekne.. and its mind fcking me wondering why i cant do what was fine for the last 6 years. Now its gatta be some seceret ?

I dunno. Maybe she was feeling neglected and is setting boundaries. I dunno what convos you're having but if it was me I'd be asking her what she wants/wants to do, all the time, not asking if I can do something. Not trying to be offensive--and I don't really know what you have and haven't said.
Not really sure what's wrong with the asking you to go. And maybe there was another guy and she feels guilty. But it mostly just sounds like she needs some space.
