Mine is a1980 J20 360/727
I lowered the steering column to repair instrument cluster
After reassembly it won’t quite go into park
I loosened the bolts and tried to twist the column but it didn’t seem to help
Any ideas?
Thanks
Check the shift linkage rod ends that connect under the hood to the steering column down to transmission. Probably just tweaked one of the ends when you dropped the column inside.
