1978 Jeep Cherokee Chief Wide Track (Myrtle Beach, SC)

I recently purchased this sweet Cherokee Chief for a project, but selling due to opting for a 4-door Wagoneer instead. I currently have 2 FSJ and the wife would very much like for me to have 1 FSJ, so help a fella out. The Jeep has been reliable and enjoyable during my ownership.

Engine: AMC 360 V8 with an upgraded Edelbrock carburetor. Runs well with solid power. Odometer reads 92,000 miles, but I don't know the full history.

Condition: Fair condition for its age. Small rust spots in the rear body. The front floor has been redone. The frame is solid, and the vehicle has spent limited time in northern climates, so rust is relatively minimal.

Features: Quadra-Trac 4x4, new gas tank, rewired fuse box, and a wide-track stance. The interior is basic, with manual locks and windows and no radio. No AC. Speedometer works, but other gauges largely don't.

I'm out of town till Thursday, but can shoot some more video then. I've only driven it about 100 miles or so myself, but I haven't hard any reason for concerns with it, I've just decided to go in a different direction.

That link worked, and don't drop your price too fast. Takes some folks awhile to find you, and a very select crowd of buyers on these rigs, but yours does look capable and really complete for its life so far.
