Gatlinburg Wheeling Spots?

Post by pyro »

I'm heading to gatlinburg, tn this week with my inlaws. unfortunately I can't take the tj, so I am hoping to at least try to pick up a rental jeep for a day or two to get some wheeling in. Anyone have a recommendation for a rental company or some good trails to check out? obviously its going to be a stock ride, so nothing too extreme. thanks!

I am not to familiar with Gatlinburg, and I live 30 miles away. Where are you from? There are some places farther north, Windrock, Bumpus Cove, and there was Tellico.

Also, if you have an adventurous spirit, just take some of the local Mountain roads. Obey "do not trespass" signs...There are some great hiking spots there as well. Ramsey Cascades Waterfall http://www.hikinginthesmokys.com/ramsay.htm
