Just bumping this thread back to the front.
The Retrobrights just saved Radio Flyer tonight.
Driving home on the state route and caught a glimpse of what first looked like someone walking down the middle of the lane away from me. There's a notorious bar literally a few hundred feet away, so very possible. Started braking firmly and hit the high beams. Nope. Some dumb@$$ young buck is strolling down the center of the lane. I come to nearly a complete stop while flashing my lights. Finally snap him out of his stupor and it panics and darts left, then right before leaving the roadway.
If I still had the stock headlights, I never would have seen it.

Low beams just making out the outline. This is right after I knew something was there. Had already began slowing from 50mph.

High beams now on. It's then I realize it's a f'n deer.

Still hard on brakes. Flash him with low/high and get his attention.

Almost at a stop before it runs off roadway.
The wife's Eagle is gonna get retrobrights now. $400 is nothing compared to what a couple of body parts (much less paint) for these vintage rides cost.
