Anyone going to the meet n greet need a mid 70s coffin tank setup? It's sitting in the back of the jeep right now and I would bring it along if one of you need it. Let me know before Sunday morning if this is something you need.

I don't think the j truck tanks resemble anything close to the wag and chero tanks.

Speaking of gas tanks....LOL.

I saw these two fellows doing some weird stuff. holding the gas nozzle at crazy angles and holding it so it barely trickles gas.

It was odd to me, I didnt understand what was going on, so i just set the pump to go and walked over there to see this strange ritual while my truck was filling up.....odd!

LOL! But you left out the part where the nozzle got stuck and you had to darn near rip it out!
Karma Baby! :)
You filled up in less time than it took me to get 2.8 gallons in. I was making GRRRR sounds. :P
Dad and I enjoyed the visit and the little trail run. Thanks for the FSJ fun!

Lies! There is no film evidence to show that a gas nozzle may or may it have become loged in my jeep....and required me to twist and yank the damn thing out! I blame those silly California vapor nozzle deals. I mean...had the above actually happened I would have blamed it on that. Yes.

But in a serious note it was good to meet you guys. Always good to put a face to a name and a jeep.

We both made it back to Reno without issue, so it was a successful trip. No idea why my crap was able to make that drive but not the drive from Genoa to my house last weekend lol

Your Wagoneer felt secure being around others of it's own tribe and chose to behave...
