Sweet! The extra height really pulls this build together.

Honestly, when I get something accomplished it makes me feel good. I have only driven this truck like 250-300 miles in the 16 months i've owned it.
But I am building it the way I want it, and when it gets done it will be drive-able all the time and be fun, so that's how I approach it. I am not in a rush because I have a vision/goal.

Build is looking great!
"I am not in a rush because I have a vision/goal."
I need to keep that top of mind. Going on 2 years now with my build and getting antsy and frustrated at times. Lack of progress in the last two months has been really frustrating. A few small wins and that will all be forgotten

Getting ready to start working on this again. I did install new steel and rubber brake lines on the back. I will get those pictures up soon.
I have a new radiator, water pump, belts and hoses to go in.
My question the radiator, do I need to install a petcock or is the plastic screw type thing that comes with the radiator sufficient?

The plastic thing is sufficient as long as it really threads in, the better ones have an o-ring on them too.

@yeller Its a nice plastic plug that screws in nicely and has a good rubber gasket, so I will just use that.
