So I just found out the email was broken for the forum (fixed now). So there are about 30 people that tried to register, but never got the activation email. So I resent it out to everybody.

Hate it when that happens ~x(

I will have to double check, but I think you need to have at least 5 post to be allowed to PM. Its a span countermeasure.

Ok, just double checked. After three post, you get moved from "Newly Registered" to "Registered" which means you can then PM.
