It is all stock as of now.
Park it next to a waggy, cherk, or Jtruck. If it's about the same size, we can call it full size. Image

 Honestly, it might be Willy’s first attempt at an FSJ based upon wheel base, axle width and overall payload capacity.

I think the old IFSJA FAQ listed FC’s as being part of the FSJ family by size and lineage.

This is the FSJ Network. Not the SJ Network. I say he's in.

I’ve got some fabrication to do this AM as my vacation is coming to a close, but over breakfast, I managed to watch a bit of Tremors 2!

Courtesy of Sandy FD. This flattie is so cool and I hope to buy it ever given the chance. Buick v6, Saginaw steering, etc.

And this Willy’s wagon popped up at a local jeep shop.

^ Holland huh? You can bet that thing is in amazing condition. Trying to keep old vehicles licenced over there is a huge ordeal. No rusty, leaky, clunkers allowed.

That is very true. He was amazed at all the brand new cars over there- he didn’t realize the laws were so strict regarding registration of old cars/trucks.

This one wouldn’t pass inspection!

LOL No.

I usually lurk here, but I just have to say that you can buy the biggest piece o' crap from Holland. Ask me how I know

I picked up a '68 Wagoneer from Holland (I'm in Germany) in July. It passed inspection in May (good for 2 years). It leaks out of every possible place it could leak from...and then some! The underside is just coated. It's also rotten - mostly from the inside out. Numerous holes in the floor, in the wheel wells, and tailgate, and door hinge area. It's one of the worst cared for biggest piles o' junk I've seen in awhile. With some poorly done work. So Holland is a joke to me - or you can just pay people off, there is no way this thing meets any of their requirements.

So me, an idiot, is attempting to save it but there is a 95% chance it is going to scrap. I've mostly stripped it and will have someone take a look this week to see if it is worth even sending to the tank - for a chemical dip for paint and rust removal. I don't know if there'd be anything left.

Oh and it also passed inspection with the "Oil" light on because the engine had low to no oil pressure.

So yes, I am salty about Holland at the moment and people that don't deserve to have these ol' Wags. :D

Where in Germany are you? How far would it have been to go check it out in person? I know they share a border but Germany's pretty big.

By Ramstein Airbase/Kaiserslautern

It was in Northern Holland - it would have been a 5 hour drive or so.

Regardless I would have bought it anyway (for much less/nothing) because I know the least I can do is strip usable parts/trim and help others out since I know finding parts for these older ones (Kaiser era) can be difficult and it has some decent odds and ends left to it.

I just wouldn't be able to blatantly lie in writing like the previous owner did. But there are different kinds of people in this world  I actually do have some recourse I could take, but I rather spend my time on other things at the moment.
